You need to test the computer and I can most cant so its a guess. My equipment I test all inputs and outputs. ECM have drivers that tell actuators and other electronics when to turn on. Unless you test a computer you dont know if its bad. Many just change parts and say well it must be the computer. 99% of the time its not the ECM
